ABOUT THE TOUR
Monte San Primo is the highest mountain in the entire Larian triangle, with its 1682 metres. On this tour we will reach the summit of this wonderful mountain starting from Brunate, which we will reach with the historic funicular. From Brunate we will enter wonderful mountain paths that can be easily traveled by mountain bike and we will arrive at Colma di Sormano, a very important place for world cycling, here is the famous Muro di Sormano. At Colma di Sormano we will have the opportunity to stop for a coffee before the last part of the path which will lead us through wonderful scenery to the summit of Monte San Primo. We will return later via a wonderful road that runs along the lake.

The weather in Como is perfect for cycling from March to the end of October. In Spring and Autumn the temperature are mild, in Summer hot but suitable for cycling, in Winter it's colder but on sunny days it's still possible to ride.
The closest airport to Como is Malpensa (Milan). From Milan you can take a train for Como (about 1 hour to reach Como by train). The train stations of Como are: Como Nord Lago and Como San Giovanni.
