The Church of Madonna del Ghisallo is a sanctuary dedicated to cyclists from all over the world. It rises between the two branches of Lake Como, just above the famous Bellagio.

Steeped in cycling history, Ghisallo is home to a vast collection of memorabilia, from bikes and jerseys to cups and medals. The Cycling Museum, located next to the sanctuary, proudly showcases these treasures.
Coupled with breathtaking views of Lake Como, the Colle del Ghisallo has become a must-visit destination for cycling enthusiasts worldwide.

  • The closest airport to Como is Milan Malpensa Airport. From Milan, you can take a train to Como, which takes about 1 hour.

    Como has two main train stations:

    • Como Nord Lago

    • Como San Giovanni

    Both stations are well connected to the city center and provide easy access to the surrounding lake area, making it simple to start your Lake Como cycling or walking tours.
